At GIBBON Balance Boards, we want you to find your perfect flow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your board in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Board

  Carefully place the balance board and any accessories back into the original eco-friendly packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned board at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
